Mariusz Pudzianowski dominated his MMA debut winning in only 43 seconds by TKO. His opponent Marcin Najman is still alive.

World Record #1 in the books

I set my first world record today on the top floor of the Amarillo National Bank building. The record was for the longest time to wear a lei. The grand total – 140 days 20 hours. It feels pretty cool to be a world record holder.

The Amarillo National Bank building is third from left. It’s the second tallest building in Amarillo. I chose it because you can see it from I40 and it’s also my favorite bank.

Front Squat

Ahh – the old front squat. I love it. It really helps with your flexibility and building a different kind of power in your legs. It is currently the only squat that I do. I am still working toward reps with 225 (which is nothing)
